Scalp Icon LLC may offer both non-marketing and marketing text-message communications. Consent to each category is optional and collected separately where applicable. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Non-marketing messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation communications, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and other service-related updates.

Marketing and promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, promotions, and service updates.

Consent to receive marketing or non-marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
